To Feiny, My name is Belinda Khan and I am from Melbourne, Australia. My friends and I stayed in Villa M from the 9th till the 19th of January and we had a wonderful time thanks to the staff there. The boys that worked there day and night made us feel at home and provided exceptional customer service. The room service food and breakfast was always top quality, our rooms were attended to twice a day and our needs were always met. I just wanted to send you this email because we were so impressed by the service provided by the workers at Villa M. Although there were some mishaps during our time there, for instance massive leaks in the roofs from the rain and Pinda (Office Manager) being only available during office hours, this was made up by the outstanding service provided by Putu, Marin and the others. The boys took care of the leaks and ensured to cater for our needs in the absence of the office manager. I have highly recommended Villa M to my family and friends and I am looking forward to returning there in a few years. Please send my regards and appreciation to the workers at Villa M Thank you

Hi Kadek and Feiny, Just wanted to pass on the feedback that our stay at Villa M was amazing. The staff at the Villa are wonderful, they are an asset to your Villa. Our whole trip was made perfect because the staff at Villa M were polite, professional, kind, attentive we could not fault them on one thing. Bali was beautiful and we loved it, however we looked forward to going back to our villa at the end of every day. The proposal @ Villa M went very smoothly, and she said YES! I'm really impressed with everything at villa M... it was splendid The villa itself was incredibly beautiful, and the service provided by M team is excellent! Please help to extend my sincerest gratitude to the whole Villa M crew, especially the 2 Putus and Nyoman, who have been so ever attentive and incredibly helpful from day 1 during our stay, as well as their seamless initiatives and coordination to make impromptu secretive meetings. Not to forget their efforts in putting up the beautiful arrangements in the bedroom for the proposal itself. They really made our day! And of course, thank you very very much Fein. Your boundless patience and assistance in planning this sweet proposal for the past 6 months with me really made me very touched. I really appreciate that very much. We are totally pleased, and we enjoyed our stay @ Villa M very much. It was lovely, and every sweet moments we spent in Villa M will definitely stay inscribed with us for endless time.
